Matt Eder, from Lake Elmo, MN has been training dogs, for over 12 years. With an early interest in bird dogs and hounds, a Yellow lab and a German wirehaired pointer were his first “clients”, and 2 of his finest hunting dogs. It was not long after working with those to young dogs that Matt started training professionally. First for companion hunting dogs and obedience, and then training competitive field trial dogs. With the increase in business, and a once in a lifetime opportunity, Matt opened Fox Run Kennels in 1997. A 280 acre facility with 160 acres fenced, 48 individual kennel runs, and a 40 acre puppy pen with birds, birds and more birds, Fox Run kennels is Matt’s training paradise.
